CIMO Solo workstation
Cimo stands for ‘circular’ and ‘modular’. This desk collection combines sustainability with a characteristic, modular design. Not to mention its clever and innovative adjustment mechanism, as well as a design that supports a healthy way of working, because it allows you to easily alternate between a sitting or standing position behind your desk.
The CIMO solo workstation is a great first step for an interior which you can adapt later on, to meet any new requirements you may have. Setups with T-shaped legs can be turned into setups with side panels, for example. It is due to the modular nature of CIMO that you can easily transform a solo workstation into a dual workstation. CIMO meets all (inter)national ergonomic standards. A healthy posture is guaranteed with a quick adjustment from a sitting to a standing position for working or holding meetings.
- Circular desk collection; the design allows for easy future returns and reuse of components and materials
- Easily transform Solo workstations into Dual workstations
- Ergonomic working due to sit-stand quick-adjust system
- Proper cable management ensures a safe and tidy workspace
- The workstations can be adapted on site and at any time
CIMO Solo workstations are perfectly suited for offices, or as solitary workstations in an open office environment. CIMO also makes for a pleasant conference table, which is easy to adjust in height for either a seated or standup meeting.
The frames of the CIMO Solo workstations are height adjustable via a manual crank handle. Both from 65 to 90 cm and 70 to 120 cm as well as 65 to 130 cm (conform NPR1813:2016). The manual crank handle adjusts the desk by no less than 3 cm with each rotation; a massive improvement compared to older systems that only adjust by 3 mm per rotation.
When we were designing CIMO, we already took account of future returns and reuse of the components and materials. Gispen takes responsibility for the entire lifespan of this product. When a CIMO product has reached the end of its lifespan, Gispen will take the product back and give it a new function or refurbish it. Due to a score of 75% on the circular ladder, we have awarded CIMO with 4 stars on our circular model.
Design your own: you can attach either straight or angled feet to the columns. The tabletops come in various thicknesses of chipboard and poplar multiplex wood. We can also provide the Solo workstation with a tilting cable duct. Clever magnetic cable routers provide a flexible and vertical cable routing.
The CIMO workstation comes in many forms. Its basic design is sleek and modern; combine endlessly from an extensive assortment of components to give each desk a personal touch. You can choose from a wide range of colours and tabletop finishes; modules and accessories can be added or left out. Add some cosiness to a workstation by adding an upholstered dividing screen, for example. Are you looking for a more natural look? Opt for the multiplex top. This is how you can give your CIMO its own distinctive look. The optional modules have been designed in such a way that you can create a personalised CIMO workstation time after time.
