REFURBISHED PRODUCTS TO BE ORDERED FROM THE WEBSHOP

Gispen Revived products are offered at our Circular Hub. The product range consists of furniture items that we have purchased or that were returned to us, after which they were cleaned, refurbished and repaired where necessary. You will receive an offer containing transparent valuation, including transport.

1. FURNITURE ACQUISITION

Our furniture brokers are not only specialised in taking stock of Ahrend and Gispen furniture; they also acknowledge other brands in the industry. You will always receive an honest and transparent valuation, based on the actual residual value of the furniture. Furthermore, we guarantee that the acquired furniture will have many lifecycles.

Our refurbishment experts have many years of experience in maintaining furniture.

2. QUALITY CONTROL

Our refurbishment experts check all furniture for proper functionality; we only sell products that are 100% functional. On a technical level, we check all components (electronics etc.) and replace items where necessary. When it comes to aesthetics, we only accept wear marks that are within our quality standards.

3. REFURBISHMENT

All products that do not pass our strict quality control, are sent to our refurbishment workshop. This is where the products are refurbished into a revived product. This includes replacing castors, reupholstering seats or replacing electronic sit/stand systems.

We always deliver from stock in order to guarantee a lead time of 5-10 business days.

4. WEBSHOP

As soon as the product is as good as new again, it is photographed in our own studio and put up for sale on the webshop, after which the product is packaged and shelved.
After cleaning and final inspection, the furniture is given a unique label.

5. CLEANING AND FINAL CHECKUP

The cleaning and final check is performed our refurbishment experts, who give the furniture a Revived label. This ensures that you are 100% satisfied with your refurbished furniture.

We use our own transport to keep the risk of damage to a minimum.

6. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

You will receive notice of the delivery day at least one week in advance. If that particular day is not convenient for you, you can always contact us to reschedule. Our transporters deliver the products ready-for-use. The product is installed in the desired location and the packaging material is taken back right away.

Our clients often think they need new furniture in order to implement a new business concept correctly. Our product designer and I often manage to surprise clients when we present them with all the options for reusing their furniture. These are the days when I come home in a particularly good mood.

I am always searching for new ways to make optimal use of the resources that find their way back to Gispen. Closing the loops is our ultimate goal. Considering all the products we are refurbishing I think it's safe to say that Gispen is on the right track!
