Gispen TMNL is a modular desk system that has been specially designed for intensive use. TMNL is ideal for dynamic organisations that have high standards when it comes to a multifunctional and sustainable office furnishing. TMNL makes it easy for your employees to alternate between a seated and standing position; the tabletops are quickly and easily adjusted in height. The collection ranges from compact desks to communal workspaces, allowing you to create the ideal work environment for your organisation and its employees.
The TMNL desk system offers a wide range of models and colour schemes. In addition to single and dual desks, the collection also includes 4-pack desks and front-end workstations. Should you opt for different models within the same work environment, your will always have a uniform look due to the similar design language of the TMNL products.
Waste is non-existent. This is the essence of the cradle-to-cradle principle (C2C). TMNL is a C2C-certified product, which the tabletop in this image proves. In a previous life it was actually a ceiling panel from a train carriage. The Intercity train it came from was in service from 1994 until 2019 and travelled a total of 5,760,000 kilometres during this period. Waste from the Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railways) has become a resource for this TMNL dual workstation.
We are tied to our workstations because we need computers in order to carry out our jobs. What we need is to be able to alternate between a seated and standing position, which is one of the guiding principles of the TMNL desk. The adjustable tabletop is quickly set to the desired height, wheter employees want to focus on their task, stand behind their desk for a while, confer with a colleague, work on a project together or check their email. TMNL facilitates each and every one of these activities.
When we designed TMNL, we already took account of possible future returns and the reusability of the components and materials. Gispen takes responsiblity for the entire lifespan of its products. We will take back your TMNL when it has reached the end of its life, after we will give it a new function or refurbish it to brand new.
WIth a score of 76%, TMNL earns 4 stars on our circular design framework.
