ISO 26000 is a global guideline for corporate social responsibility. There are many ways to show that you meet this standard. For example, there is a CSR performance ladder. Gispen has chosen to have the ISO 26000 guidelines tested by the Koninklijke Metaalunie.

Sustainable design

Sustainable entrepreneurship is one of Gispen's spearheads. It is not for nothing that Gispen stands for Sustainable Design. We believe in circular design, production and entrepreneurship. Complying with the ISO 26000 standard is therefore a great asset for us.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Like other organisations that do business in a socially responsible way, we make an integral assessment of all the effects that our business operations have on people, the environment and society. We make sure that those effects are as positive as possible – and we want to show that. For this we use the CSR monitor of the Koninklijke Metaalunie.

CSR monitor

The CSR monitor is a practice-oriented and transparent digital monitor from the Metaalunie. The entrepreneurs' organization for small and medium-sized enterprises in the metal industry. The CSR monitor is in line with ISO 26000, the CSR/CO2 performance ladder and the NEN self-declaration. It is a working tool with which organizations can continue to fulfill their CSR ambitions.
