Our employees are given the opportunity to continue to develop themselves. Through various programs, they can learn new skills, such as project management or presentation. In addition, they are given the opportunity to be active, even during a working day. For example, they get a discount on a sports subscription, they can use walking routes that we have set out for a lunch walk and we regularly organize a padel tournament.

Good acoustics are decisive for the comfort of the workplace and for productivity. That is why you will find sound-absorbing boxes in our working environment and the ceilings and walls are equipped with acoustic material.
Ergonomics
Good ergonomics contributes to the working atmosphere, reduction of absenteeism and motivation. That is why we pay a lot of attention to a healthy and varied working posture in our work environment. For example, with sit-stand desks and ergonomic office chairs.
