Those who come in for a small procedure, are welcomed by a comfortable lounge area. A living room environment for a pleasant waiting experience, where patients and those accompanying them can get some work done or do some reading. After the procedure, patients are reactivated as quickly as possible; they can find a comfortable chair to recover in and leave the lounge area as soon as they feel able to do so.
