At the same time, they also present challenges - such as increased distractions and sensory stimuli. Especially now that video calls have become a regular part of the workday, the need for spaces to retreat for focus and quiet is growing.

Qabin Meet is designed for collaboration in a quiet, enclosed setting. This acoustic office pod comfortably accommodates four people and is ideal for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, or hybrid calls. Away from the distractions of the open workspace, Qabin Meet creates a comfortable environment where focus, interaction, and privacy come together.

THE RIGHT BALANCE IN AN OPEN SPACE

Various activities often take place at the same time in work environments, with each activity producing its own level of noise. Providing sufficient space for people to (temporarily) isolate themselves will contribute to the right balance in the workplace. The increasing number of video calls also requires a solution that allows employees to withdraw from the bustle of the office for longer periods of time. The Qabin Collection provides that solution.

NATURAL AIR CONDITIONING

Warm air rises, cold air drops. This basic principle was the starting point for the development of Qabin. We designed a unique system that draws the air inside the unit from the bottom through the walls to the top. Fans in the ceiling draw the air upwards.

The incoming air is always cooler, providing a natural and cooling airflow. People and electrical equipment, such as laptops, warm up the room. This 'natural air conditioning' ensures that the temperature inside the unit is kept at a stable level. It is possible to make your own adjustments to the ventilation system.

DESIGN YOUR OWN

Qabin Meet comes in five configurations of which an overview can be found in the brochure. The configuration that is best for your organisation depends on how you will be using the unit. Will it be used as a single workspace, for videoconferences or meetings, for example?
