With a FaaS construction, you lease the furniture you need for a fixed amount per month. Gispen remains the owner and ensures that the value of the furniture is retained. You only pay for what you use.

With Furniture as a Service, you switch from ownership to use. Ahrend remains the owner of the furniture, you use it for as long as necessary. This way you keep working capital free for your core tasks and you always have the option to adjust or return products. Only pay for what you really need.

You grow, shrink or work hybrid. With Furniture as a Service, you can easily scale up or down on a monthly basis. This keeps your interior in line with occupancy and changing needs — without hassle or extra costs.
Furniture as a Service also gives you financial flexibility. You take out a subscription form on the basis of an operational lease: Gispen remains the owner of the furniture, you only pay for use. This way, you keep working capital free for what really matters — your organization. And thanks to a transparent model with realistic residual values, you never pay too much. Don't need something anymore? Then we take it back. Simple, circular and smartly arranged.

At Gispen, it's all about carefree use. That is why we check your furniture every two years for both functionality and appearance. Is something broken in the meantime? You can easily report a service request via the QR code on the product sticker. We'll fix it free of charge — after all, you're fully covered for the entire term.
And with our standard Asset Management tool, you can keep an overview, track the use of your furniture and effortlessly report changes in the customer portal. This way your working environment always stays in top shape.
