Do you want to keep a grip on your furniture – from use to maintenance and replacement? The Gispen Furniture Management System makes it surprisingly easy. It is a complete, digital system in which we register and monitor your entire inventory. This smart tool then provides insight into where your furniture is located, what its condition is and when it needs maintenance.
The advantages
With the Furniture Management System, you can clearly map out your furniture collection. Each item is given a unique QR code and RFID tag. When you scan a piece of furniture with an RFID hand scanner or mobile phone, you will immediately receive detailed information about the product and its status. Does maintenance need to be scheduled? Is there any damage? You report it directly via the QR code. In this way, together we ensure that your furniture stays in top condition and lasts longer. We can also provide you with insight into how much CO₂ and costs can be saved when using the Furniture Management System. Please contact your account manager for this.
One app
Move your furniture without losing the overview. Via the app, you can see in real-time where each piece of furniture is located and you can easily register movements or internal charges. Do you want to reorder or replace furniture? You can also arrange that with a few clicks. Based on the collected data, we are happy to advise you on smart follow-up choices. Our system works independently or seamlessly integrates with your existing IWMS.
With the mobile Asset Management App, you can manage multiple pieces of furniture at the same time. You can easily change product or location details or create service notifications. In combination with an RFID scanner or your smartphone, you can work at lightning speed and efficiently.
